Area's New York office is now hiring! We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a take-charge attitude to fill a Customer Service position. Candidates should be articulate, extremely well-organized and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Qualifications: Service minded Highly organized and detail oriented Ability to multitask and problem solve Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent follow through Proficiency with Macs and Microsoft programs (including Word and basic Excel spreadsheets) Daily Responsibilities include: Answering Phones Order Entry/Processing Oversee and manage shipping schedule Assisting and follow up with customers Handle customer complaints and issues Job responsibility may vary depending on current projects (flexibility and ability to focus is key) The position is 30 hours a week.
