- $10 Flat Rate UPS Ground Shipping on orders with Bedding, Clothing, and Kitchen items only to the Contiguous United States.

Non-Contiguous United States
- $20 Flat Rate USPS Priority Shipping on orders with Bedding, Clothing, and Kitchen items only to the Non-Contiguous United States.
- USPS Priority Mail Express
United States Armed Forces
- $20 Flat Rate USPS Priority Shipping on orders with Bedding, Clothing, and Kitchen items only to the United States Armed Forces.

Non-Contiguous States, International Orders, and Expedited Shipping
The final shipping cost for orders shipping to non-contiguous states and internationally, and shipping expedited will depend on the weight of the items you purchase, destination, and the shipping method you select at checkout.
Furniture pieces are made to order so please allow 6-8 weeks.
The final shipping cost will depend on the weight and dimensions of the items you purchase, destination, and the shipping method you select at checkout. Please contact us for shipping quotes on the large Furniture pieces (beds and Saw Horse Table) as our system is unable to generate such quotes due to the substantial dimensional weight. The other furniture pieces will require additional shipping charges due to the dimensional weight and/or package size based on UPS pricing. We will contact you after your order is placed. Please feel free to contact us for an estimate before purchasing.
We do our best to package furniture so that it arrives safely to you. On occasion, there may be packages that become damaged during shipping. We ask that all furniture pieces be inspected for damage at the time of delivery and any damage be reported at the time of receipt to the delivery person and Area. Furniture once assembled can not be returned.
If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, we will authorize returns within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund minus original shipping costs, except on discounted, sale, or closeout items. Your return must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging and in original condition. Refunds will be made once we have received the merchandise being returned. All sales final on closeout items and items purchased at a discount.
AREA is required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to NY, CA, and TX. Sales tax calculations are estimated, based on the shipping destination, and may be adjusted when the order is shipped.
