We do our best to package furniture so that it arrives safely to you. However, we strongly recommend inspecting furniture for shipping damage at the time of delivery. Immediately report any damage at the time of receipt to both the delivery person and AREA.
Return an item within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping costs, to and from. To avoid a $10 handling fee, please return the item new, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Refunds will be issued after we receive and assess the merchandise.
