Currently we are looking for a strong sales person for the LA store part or full time.

We are looking for talented, smart, confident people who love our products. We like hard working, fast learners who are friendly and polite. Social conscience and awareness is important. Design and/or textile knowledge is helpful as well as relevant previous experience.

Responsibilities:

• Represent our brand. Be friendly! Be confident. You will put our customers at ease and enjoy talking to them.
• Solve problems for our customers. Help our customers, give product recommendations, and facilitate claim and returns.
• All things selling, handle the POS system
• Answer customer phone calls and respond to customer email inquiries.
• Be responsive and diligent.
• Receive orders into our system, check stock status and reorder from our warehouse.
• Ship to customers if and when needed.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A pleasant polite and effective personality.
• People skills (you need to like them)
• Strong organization skills.
• An appreciation of our products, since this is key to properly representing our brand.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, and work effectively with others.
• Computer skills, basic knowledge of systems and Mac’s.
• Ability to maintain confidence in unexpected situations.
